Definitely, our warranty is for a minimum of 1 year for all products. However, you may reach our reliable technical management team hotline at # (02)292-4421 locals 115, 116 and 118 so we can give immediate assistance with regard to technical issues with our products whenever.

Yes. Our after sales support include answering concerns from repairs to product replacement even beyond warranty period. It is our way of making sure you have a reliable support system in creating a better, healthy home.

Free delivery and installation within Metro Manila and with minimal delivery and installation charge outside Metro Manila depending on the location.

We accept cash payment in our Makati Office and we require full payment prior to delivery for orders out of town. We do not have credit card facility yet.
